That horrible moment when you forget something important, like:

We are conditioned to believe (by people who know nothing about memory) that as we get older, our memory will simply fail.

We make jokes, calling it "old timer's disease," or a "senile moment," but the fact is, forgetting things is embarrassing and could even be costing you in ways you're not aware of at work, in relationships, and in your everyday life.

But did you know you actually have a perfect memory? And that age does not affect it? Those are simply limiting beliefs passed down from generation to generation from a time when we didn't understand the mind.

Recently, I was required to tap into my subconscious mind to access my perfect memory...

As a kid, I was notoriously bad a remembering things. I was a typical ADHD kid with no focus who did poorly in school. Even as an adult, I had situations where people would tell me their name, and by the time we stopped shaking hands, I had forgotten.

It was one of my most embarrassing "bad traits." But I didn't know what to do about it.

Until I discovered the secret...

I was put to the test when I showed up at a party and was introduced to 22 people in about 30 seconds.

The hostess said, "I know you won't remember any of that..." to which I replied, "Of course I will."

They laughed at me when I said I could easily recite their names in any order... until I began pointing an speaking.

Twenty-two correct names later, and I became the talk of the party.
